About HelioPDR
Helio Argos LLC is an affiliate of Helio Health Group LLC. Helio Health Group has been providing pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies with compliance expertise and services since 2015. Our team has decades of experience in the life sciences space.
In 2019, we used our extensive knowledge of life science compliance and monitoring to develop HelioPDR, a state-of-the-art automated compliance monitoring solution which now lives in our affiliate organization, Helio Argos LLC.
Today, we have multiple large and small biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies successfully using HelioPDR.

Manny Tzavlakis
Chief Executive Officer
Manny is the CEO for Helio Health and has played an integral role in onboarding of all operational divisions including sales, marketing, and finance. He is also a key subject matter expert in the design and functionality of HelioPDR. Prior to founding Helio Health, Manny was a Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group where he was a senior partner in the life sciences practice. Before joining Huron, Manny was a Client Partner in the life sciences practice for Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO), where he was the expert on pharmaceutical data management and multi-channel marketing best practices. Prior to Fair Isaac Corporation, Manny created and managed the Professional Services Group (PSG) at Dendrite International as Managing Director, and was also a senior executive with Accenture’s Pharmaceutical & Medical Products Customer Relationship Management (CRM) division. Manny began his career in sales, sales operations and business analysis at Novartis Pharmaceuticals / Ciba Geigy.
Marci Juneau
Partner
Marci is a Partner with Helio Health who leads a number of the business development initiatives as well as a key member of building out business and technical requirements for HelioPDR. Prior to Helio, Marci was a Director at Huron Consulting Group’s Life Sciences Practice. Marci began her career in Ernst & Young’s Fraud, Investigation and Dispute Services group focusing on healthcare challenges.
John Poulin
Partner and CTO
John is a Technology Executive with many years of product development and pharmaceutical management consulting experience. He is a successful software start-up technology entrepreneur with the distinction of being the Chief Architect to a vertical search start-up sold to Forbes Media and the Chief Architect to a social media start-up sold to the New York Times Digital. John is currently focusing on small-data engineering approaches to patient service risk abatement and patient data privacy concerns.
Amy Pawloski
Vice President and General Product Manager
Amy is a Compliance Data Analytics thought leader with more than 25 years of experience at domestic and global pharmaceutical companies and a top-tier consulting firm. As the HelioPDR general product manager, she is responsible for establishing the product roadmap. In addition, Amy is a key subject matter expert who defined critical business requirements for cutting-edge functionality and dashboarding in HelioPDR. Before Helio Health, she was an in-house Compliance Executive who also held significant roles in commercial operations, organization-wide project management, pricing and reimbursement, and finance. She was responsible for building and launching domestic and global compliance data analytics capabilities at Bristol Myers Squibb and Endo Pharmaceuticals. She began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Audit practice and Consulting practice.
